Established in 2003, Cherie Hearts @ Charlton sees each child as a unique individual, with the potential to be his/ her best given the opportunity to explore and the freedom to express himself/ herself. We offer a conducive and positive environment which encourages children to develop confidence and independence in their growing years.
Our teachers are Early Childhood trained. Our Director, Ms Brands Ng, a mother of two, is able to understand the many concerns faced by parents. She is a dedicated educator as well as Child Care provider with many years of working experience in the Early Childhood industry. We look forward to working hand-in-hand with you to provide the best for your little ones!

Our Educators
Brands Ng
Director
Our Director, Ms Brands Ng is a dedicated educator and childcare provider with many years of working experience in the Early Childhood industry. She is also a mother of 2, hence, she can fully understand the feelings of parenting and motherhood.
Kartini
Principal
Our Principal, Ms Kartini joined the centre in 2008 and has many years of working experience in the Early Childhood industry. She graduated with a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College. She is passionate about nurturing children with love and care while leading a team of teachers to deliver quality education.
Wang Li
Chinese Vice Principal
Ms Wang Li, our Chinese Vice Principal joined Cherie Hearts in 2008 with a master degree in Chinese international education from Huaqiao University – Master in Teaching of Chinese to Speaker of Other Language. With 20 years of teaching experience in the pre-school education sector, she leads Chinese language teachers to continuously reform and innovate their curriculum. She always adheres to the “love, patience, care & sincere” treatment of each child.
Eugenie
Vice Principal
With a degree in Early childhood education, Ms Eugenie is very passionate about early childhood. Her story with childcare services started in 2011 when she had her youngest child. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Early Childhood Studies and a Certificate in Special Education. She has been with us since 2014. ‘How do children benefit from this?’ is her all-time favourite question when approaching teaching and learning.

Cherie Hearts @ Charlton Pte Ltd was established in November 2003. With 20 years' track record, we pride ourselves on our vast experience in providing quality and innovative early childhood education. Our team has grown with us over the years and we have a low staff turnover rate.
We see each child as a unique and special individual, who has the potential to be the best that he/she can be, given the opportunity to explore and the freedom of expression. We believe in strong partnership with parents and community partners to achieve our school's Vision, Mission and Core Values, and to support the children's holistic development.

Cherie Hearts at Charlton introduced programs which are beyond the usual curriculums/lessons like I love Reading Day and Young Entrepreneurs Day cum Start Small Dream Big - Charity Drive. I love Reading Day encourages the children to develop good reading habit at a young age. It's never too early to teach children the value of empathy, volunteering, and charitable giving of one's resources.
