Compliments From Parents
What our parents said......

My compliments to Teacher Jennie and her team of infant care teachers at Cherie Hearts @ Cecil Pte Ltd. They tend to my 6-month old son according to his needs and Quinlan thoroughly enjoyed his time at the center learning from the flash cards, songs to motor skills training. When I was concerned about his weaning, Teacher Jennie made time to see me and patiently explained the weaning program at the center. She assured me that Quinlan’s weaning at the centre would be catered according to his requirements.
I am pleased with the exceptional professionalism shown by the teachers as well as the Centre Director, Mr Damien Koh. Mr Koh is always with a smile and never fails to chat up with me to find out how things are. He and his team of teachers did exceptional well in ensuring that things are running smoothly daily. Quinlan is a happy baby and all thanks to Cherie Hearts @ Cecil Pte Ltd.

My son, Muhammad Aqeel attends playgroup (PG1) at Cherie Hearts @ Limau Garden and it has been close to 5 months now. He was like any normal child and at the beginning would test all the teachers patience with his incessant crying and his antics. I would like to commend the school and its teachers, especially Teacher Sidah, for their perseverance in taking my son under their care. My son, who is 23 months now, is not only a confident boy but he can now say all his alphabets and his 1 to 10s (even backwards!). I believe that the school and teachers play a very big part in his development. To parents who are thinking of where to send their kids to, Cherie Hearts @ Limau is the way to go. Keep up the good job I say!

~ Mrs Najib Bamadhaj, mummy Muhammad Aqeel (Cherie Hearts @ Limau Pte Ltd)

Although there were some hiccups in the beginning when I first put my boy, Jake in the infant care at cherie hearts, things certainly got better along the way. Jake has definitely settled himself down very well now with the professional help of the team of teachers there. Being a first time mum with absolutely no experience, guidance and help have been rendered to me by the teachers especially during my boy's weaning period. I must give my special thanks to Teacher Jennie and Irene for their expertise, patience and guidance. Jake is doing very well now on semi-solids and im so happy to see his progress.

We would like to drop a feedback/commendatory note on our experience with Cherie Hearts @ Cecil Street thus far. This is our first experience with an infant-care services and it is has been four months now. Although the fees are a bit pricey, but we feel that it is well worth it, in this case. We were initially apprehensive about leaving Ashley in childcare services, but we persisted, seeing the good of such services over other options, structured developmental programs by trained professionals, social skills development for the child and vast array of (toys) resources.
Ashley is currently growing very well and healthy and she is always cheerful, sociable with our friends and relatives, progressing well in her developmental milestones. I believe it is the good work of the management and their team of infant-care teachers (the doors are always open for me to drop by for a quick visit during my lunch breaks).

Some points worth mentioning are:
1. I like the fact that the Centre Director has a very hands-on approach in running the centre, catching up with us regularly for any concern or feedbacks.
2. The teachers are very professional and prompt in following through on our feedbacks. They have positive attitude towards teachers-parent co-operations, heeding our suggestions and offering their experienced opinions at times.

We do feel good putting Ashley here and she looks forward to school too! Kudos to Jennie, Irene and the team.

As a young baby, he developed strong interest in reading and music. I definitely think the teachers play a big part in developing his interest.

One Sunday morning, he called mama, mama and his little figure was pointing at a Kangaroo in his book. He put down the book and jumped like a kangaroo. That was the best moment I will never forget. I am sure he is enjoying himself at the centre.

Thanks to all the teachers.

I am delighted with Jarren's progress at infant care at Cherie Heart @cecil. When he first joined this centre he was 14 months. I was rather conservative regarding his ability to settle down on his own because he had serious separation anxiety. But thankfully, i have to give credit to the perseverance, patience, support and encouragement of his teachers. The warmth of care and the comfort of the environment, helped him to settle down within 3 weeks. Today, I am proud of his independence and emotional confidence to be on his own.

My wife and I would like to send a quick note regarding the quality of service provided by the staff at the Cecil St Branch of Cherie Hearts.

We feel that the staff have been extremely professional and caring for our and the quality of service is above average. All the ladies and helpers looking after the infants and toddlers have done a great job with the children and we would like to send out our thanks and gratitude for their heartfelt commitment to the well being and care given to the babies.

Most importantly we would like to thank the branch manager, Krish, for her extremely professional and experienced approach to the management of the operations and services provided. For a new child care nursery, my wife and I expected a few bumps along the way in having our toddler settle into a new routine away from home. Thanks to Krish, the experience has been far far better than anything we could have hoped for and we are very happy. We feel that she runs a strict but fair organisation which allows parents to feel comfortable that their children are well looked after, safe and in good hands. She has continuously provided a high level of profesionalism and within her management style she offers parents the opportunity to see how well children can be cared for away from home. As a result our toddler has settled well, is happy and enjoys his days at the Cecil St Branch of Cherie Hearts. Other parents has also commented positively on Krish's management style. We know of several parents who wish to be on a waiting list for the next opening at Cecil St. Branch due to Krish's reputation as a good manager.

Thank you Krish, Damien and all the ladies at Cherie Hearts. We are very pleased with the services provided.

We just want to express our thanks and appreciation for the year 2009.

We vividly remembered how Josiah was when we first send him to school. He was crying and anxious whenever his daddy drops him off at the gate and then story continues. Its indeed a painful yet wonderful journey for us as his parents to see how he has blossom in school and at home. We are extremely grateful to his class teacher Mey. I will always remember her concern calls at night whenever Jo is not around in school for that day and countless times of calls I had made to her just to get advices and assurance from her that Jo is and will grow in time in all is "PIES" domants. Although I am trained in this aspect too as a teacher but when you are a parent, all the theories and applications just seemed so foreign to me. (speaking from my experience as a mum)

Many eye catching milestones were missed by us as his parents as most of his time were spent in childcare. But I am very thankful for making the right decision to send him to your centre. Josiah came into your centre not being able to really relate and express himself well in his speech till now he can relate and talk to us of his experiences and feelings, from wearing diapers to his underwears is one of the greatest achievement in his life, being able to pee and pass motion in the toilet bowl was like......" THE moment" for us as his parents.

Teacher Mey treated Josiah and I believed each one of the children that is in her care as if they were her own impressed and touched my heart greatly. She gave him lots of encouragement, yet she too will discipline Jo when he is at fault in love. Josiah has learnt and gained so much within this short 9mths with Cherie hearts. And we are Truly, truly, thankful for all the teaching and domestic staffs had done for the children.

I'm the mummy of Cheong Lok Sung. My son is studying at Cherie Hearts Bright Kidz (Woodlands). He is proud to be a Cherian. I am really glad to see what my son is today. He is confident, caring and out-spoken. Remembering three year ago, he was a shy little timid boy who always hiding behind me. Crying tearfully, reluctant to go to school. He would not be what he is now without the guidance, care and patience the teachers and principal have given to him.

In an incident whereby my eldest daughter coming back from school complaining on the Chinese essay composition was how difficult. The title was "wo ku le". MY little cutie overheard and said that was easy. Instantly, he recited the book that he had been taught of that fit into the title of the composition. I was so surprised and touched. I could imagine the efforts that the teachers have put in to nurture our little ones. I would like to thank the teacher wholeheartedly. You have done a marvelous job.

~ Mdm Ho Sheue Ling, mummy of Cheong Lok Sung (Cherie Hearts Bright Kidz Pte Ltd)

Come to think about it, my son Yang Kai Chen (K1) has been with Cherie Hearts Garden of Joy Pte Ltd at Jalan Binchang for more than one year. Over this one year, Kai Chen has shown great improvements in both his academic and social behaviour. He has improved vastly in his reading ability for both English and Mandarin. It's a pleasant surprise for me whenever I chat with Kai Chen and discuss about his leanings in school. I am impressed with the curriculum at Cherie Hearts (particularly at the branch which Kai Chen attends).

I wish to show my appreciation to all the teachers at Cherie Hearts for their love and dedication to all the students. I also wish to thank them for all the good job that they have done. As a parent, I am pleased with his performance and is glad that he is in good hands.

~ Mdm Noelle Lim , mummy of Yang Kai Chen - Kindergarten 1 (Cherie Hearts Garden of Joy Pte Ltd (BA)

I am very pleased with Jenny (Woodlands Branch). This morning i received a call from her telling me that one of daughter eyes was swollen & my girl kept on crying. That moment ,i don't know to do. I can't leave my workplace immediately & I can't find anyone to help me to bring my girl to see doctor. Jenny did something extra, she voluntary to bring my girl to doctor. It really make me relax. Not every childcare teacher will do this, they will just call the parent & ask them to come over & sent someone over no matter what. Thanks Jenny.

I'm the mommy of Raynard Khow (K1) and Kimberly Khow (Nursery). We spent 3 months long vacation in Singapore and during that time my kids go to Cherie Hearts school. I deeply and sincerely thank all the staff at Cherie Hearts Precious Tots for their extraordinary care and outstanding personal attention for my kids. They felt the school as their 2nd home and loved to tell everything about their activities at school. They even can sing chinese song within 2 months period at school. It's surely an unforgettable experience for them during their stay in singapore. As we're going back to US, I'm sure they'll have tons of story to tell their friends and teachers there. More than words can say how I thank all the staff, especially Ms. Shirley, Ms. Lin, Mr. Eric, for making the kids' vacation in Singapore the most memorable ever.

My daughter Alicia has started enrolled with Cherie Hearts Preschool (TP) Pte Ltd since mid-March. During these 2.5 months, my wife and I have noticed significant growth and development in her.

Alicia is able to feed herself right now, and in fact, she would rather eat on her own than having us to feed her. Seeing her socialize comfortably with her peers around her made us felt heartwarming as she used to be wary of strangers and will even make the slightest of noise out of it. The biggest "shock" of all is that Alicia is able to recognize numbers 1 to 10. When my wife and I call out the numbers in random, she is able to point to the numbers accurately.

All these would not have been possible if not for the sincere and dedicated care given by the staff of Cherie Hearts Preschool (TP) Pte Ltd. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff there, in particular Teacher Chen, Teacher May and Teacher Brenda for the good job done!

~ Mr Boey Chee Kin, daddy of Boey Alicia - PG1 (Cherie Hearts Preschool (TP) Pte Ltd)

Ci xin was enrolled with Cherie Hearts @ Limau Gardens since January 2008. Contrary to Ci xin’s shy and reserved personality, we were very impressed when we saw that Ci xin was able to dance confidently and cheerfully in front of the audience during last weekend’s Year End Concert.

Thanks to Teacher Alice who is always prompt and responsive to my queries about Ci xin. Not forgetting Teacher June who is always calm and reassuring when we have to drop off Ci xin who is mostly tearful in the mornings. Very special thanks to Sidah for her commitment and patience to note Ci xin’s special needs when situation arises. Despite the hectic schedule, she is always on her toes to ensure that my child is safe and under proper care. This definitely put our minds at ease when we are working.

Our heartfelt thanks to Sidah and all the teachers for the good job done!!
