I write to commend Principal Susan Chua and Teacher Anizah from Kallang Sector branch for saving my son.
On 28 July, my son, Tzion, suddenly came down with high fever and thereafter had fits. As situation was critical, Mdm Chua decided to rush him to KK hospital instead of calling for an ambulance. During the journey, Tzion had another fits and was soon going into a coma. Mdm Chua rendered first aid and kept him conscious. Tzion reached the hospital in time to receive treatment.
Thanks for Mdm Chua, a tragedy was avoided. I was also greatly comforted by Teacher Anizah's words of kindness and concern.
Tzion has since recovered and is back at the centre. My family is deeply grateful to Mdm Chua and Teacher Anizah. Fortunately the episode ended with happy ending. ~Angelina Seow, mummy of Tzion

Our kids -- Jet, boy, 4 years and Coco, girl, 2 years, have been in your child care harbourfront branch for 2 years.
We are leaving Singapore end May as we are going back to Denmark their home country to settle down.
It is very sad to leave all the friends in Cherie Hearts. Our kids have been taken care of very very well by the teachers there. Andy Ng and Cynthia have given us great help in the 2 years time as well as all the teachers. We have had very good experience with Cherie Hearts Harbourfront. Thank you.

I am writing this to commend one of your teachers, Teacher Apple, at your Cherie Hearts Limau Garden centre for her excellent efforts in toilet training my son with much patience and perseverance over the last few months.
My son, Manav, is in the Nursery Class, which Tr Apple is in charge of and through the months, she has persevered with my son to train him. I have tried several times myself but have been unsuccessful. Now he is fully trained and confident.
Tr Apple is very committed to her work, well-skilled and takes real interest in the children's welfare. She is a great asset to your already wonderful team at Limau Garden. I'm glad that I chose Cherie Hearts for my son as I know that my son is well-taken care of.

I would like to say THANK YOU to Eliza and her staff at Jalan Mata Ayer Branch! We only recently moved to Singapore (from Sydney) and I have visited many childcare centers and agonized over the decision where or whether to send my son to childcare.
I am so glad that I have made the decision to send him to Cherrie Hearts Nurture Cottage. He was only 7 months old when we needed childcare, and unable to crawl. Due to the staff’s professionalism, knowledge in early childhood development, care and nurturing (especially Doris and his afternoon teacher) Augie is now able to crawl, stand and let go of the wall with one hand, all this in less than one month at the centre.
I found everyone at the centre to be understanding and accommodating and Eliza has been wonderful in explaining the ins and outs of what is required for a complete novice expat, who didn’t have a clue. Not only that, but she goes the extra mile to answer all of my (mostly silly) questions and keep me up to date about my son’s progress almost daily.
I know I can relax, when my son is at Cherie Hearts as he will be well looked after.

We are glad to know that Shawn Kit is doing well in school. We are getting worried as he still resists going to school every morning. Gracia is comfortable at Cherie Hearts. But as parents, we are not just interested in the PIES alone, we are also concern with the pace of her progress. The programs, lesson plans and enrichment lessons need to be tailored to ensure that the children can be ready for advancement/adequately prepared for the next stage. She had by and large made progress and enjoyed school so far.
